My New Excuse to Shop

I've never really needed an excuse to shop but a new studio provides an excuse for a whole new kind of shopping.  Flea markets, antique stores, and rummage sales!!  Some of my favorite memories growing up were at flea markets with my family.  My dad would search for hours to help us add the one rock that was missing from our collection.  And my mom taught me the reward of discovering the treasure that was worth more than you paid for it!  I love pieces that have character and a story.  Many of the props in my studio came from my grandma's barn!!  So if I'm not busy with a shoot, I am having fun buying for the next one!
