Pretty in Pink

 Have you ever wondered what you should do with those old prom dresses?  How about placing a beautiful baby in the middle of it and taking a few pictures.  Don't you just want to kiss those chubby little cheeks.  She looks so pretty in pink!

Blue Eyes and Big Smiles

If you would like to get some extra exercise, try shooting a nine month session.  You usually have about five seconds (if you are distracting them well) and then they are gone.  They have things to do, places to go, people to see...well, more like things to put in their mouth.  They are always fun, always cute, and always keep me on my toes!!

Laci and Evan

 It's always fun to watch a couple grow from senior pictures, weddings, to families of their own.  Evan and Laci have joined that group.  We ended up with a beautiful day and were able to take a few outdoor shots.  I always prefer shooting outdoors where there is a lot of opportunity to play.  The couple walks away with a great variety and we have a great time as we go.   Congratulations Evan and Laci!!

My Goddaughter

Brian and I have been in the adoption process for awhile now and have been hoping for a little girl to complete our family.  Life gets so busy that there are moments when we wonder how that could possibly work.  But there are moments where we realize how much fun you miss when you don't have a baby around.  I had the privilege of watching my goddaughter a few weeks ago so of course I had to get a few shots of her in the studio.  Don't you just love those big, beautiful eyes????  I have a few of these shots sitting on my desk to give me a little girl fix.  And her mommy has threatened to bring her over when she's fussy so I can be reminded of what it's really like to have a baby around!!!!
